We stayed for a week, 2 adults and two children in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious enough for us all. The bed and sofa bed were quite comfortable.
I picked it partly because of the location. There was a tram stop just outside and it was only 3 stops from main train station. Everywhere was within an easy reach as a result. There was a Lidl two stops away and we stocked up on food there. There is...

For a family of four this hotel offered an excellent option. With the small, but functional, kitchen we were able to buy groceries and have snacks in our room. Additionally, the room was clean and well appointed. We had a short walk to the main train station and to two different stops on the train lines--one had a nice grocery store where we were able to grab fresh items for lunches. Aoarthotel in a great location, easily accessible to the city centre. The hotel is clean, tidy and modern. My room included a kitchenette, with sink, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster & electric kettle. The room was very comfortable. Fantastic apartment with kitchen facilities including toaster microwave kitchen hob and dish washer.
Across the road from the tram so you can get anywhere quickly and into Munich centre in 5 minutes.
The apartment was nice, clean and had a lovely bathroom with a rainforest shower.
The staff were so helpful and friendly and you get complimentary tea and coffee....

It is well located, about 10 minutes or so on foot to the S1 train station platform to Munich Airport
There is paid laundry and dryer via an app, Citidines does not handle the payment
A supermarkt within walking distance on the diagonal opposite; just behind the hostel at the cross junction
Smooth check-in and out, reception staff is helpful
Very tricky bifolding glass doors for the bath stall. If they were not...
