Excellent hotel, good location, straight across from s bahn station, nice breakfast, comfortable rooms, great service. Loses a star for awful pillows and bed very tight to the wall so getting out an issue, would return but bring at least a travel pillow...

checked into the hotel on 26 October. This was my fourth stay at Hampton Munich City West, and while the service has remained largely unchanged over the years, this particular visit was deeply shocking.
On one of the mornings, while I was at the dressing table and my friend was in the shower, a member of staff opened our room door and entered with another unidentified hotel guest. This was extremely distressing and ...

Quiet and Close to the Train Station

My short stay at this Hampton was wonderful: affordable, friendly, comfy, and packed full with value. The proximity to the Hbf cant be beat. The rooms were clean and quiet. Theres a tiny little restaurant on the premises, and should you want something a bit more comprehensive, the neighboring Hilton Garden across the driveway features more variety. The hotel was very easy to find and get to from the S-bahn.
Check-in was easy, smooth and efficient, and the staff member on duty was very friendly.
The hotel is immaculate. My room was comfortable, well proportioned and very quiet (apart from the aircon).
The aircon was annoying at first, but then became a constant hum that my brain ignored while I was sleeping. I tried to turn it off, but it wouldn't let me howev...
