Stayed in a standard room, came here from NZ. Nothing in the room like a guest book to give information about your surroundings, restaurants or grocery shops in the area or even a map to help get around. No concierge here to help with questions, just reception staff. Some could be helpful and some not. Their breakfast is a huge spread, and the most bizarre thing only a side plate is used. Great stay at the Hampton. Stayed for four nights for a city break. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good room service, quiet and they serve a great breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Good WiFi. The location was great with good transport links including buses, trans and the train station around the corner. Highly recommend!...

Excellent hotel, good location, straight across from s bahn station, nice breakfast, comfortable rooms, great service. Loses a star for awful pillows and bed very tight to the wall so getting out an issue, would return but bring at least a travel pillow...

checked into the hotel on 26 October. This was my fourth stay at Hampton Munich City West, and while the service has remained largely unchanged over the years, this particular visit was deeply shocking.
On one of the mornings, while I was at the dressing table and my friend was in the shower, a member of staff opened our room door and entered with another unidentified hotel guest. This was extremely distressing and ...

Decent stay, room was far too hot and no air con. Standard breakfast. Its a shame it was just so far out of the centre. A good 40 min walk...
