Terrible guest service. The woman at the front desk on a Saturday morning breaks away from helping me with an accessibility issue to answer the phone and then spend more than 5 minutes on the call with the other guest while I stand and wait. When I complain about that, she shrugs. When I say that I am a Gold member, she shrugs again and says: "Everybody is a gold member." So much for benefits. I say her poor service ...

Large, clean rooms and very friendly staff! NOT walkable to city center, but very conveniently close to light rail train which we took everyday. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Only con is tiny shower and bathroom, otherwise perfect! ...

Do not go on summer. Air conditioner do not work properly

I'd like to share my bad experience with this hotel during summer. The air conditioner do not work properly and it is a problem they know about. I was in a top floor bedroom, with low ceiling and direct sun during the whole afternoon and beggining of the night. It was simply impossible to be in the room without air conditioner. The hotel is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Typical Mercure hotel facility, clean and quiet. Quite a few restaurants nearby, self laundry is 10 minutes away. Easy to travel to city and train station by tram. Love the bakery next to the hotel. Only thing is that the hotel no longer provides kettle, you need to buy water. ...
