It was wonderful. Very comfortable accommodation and super bed. Super friendly staff who even carried out bags to the third floor as lifts were being repaired. Great shower products and close to the station and around the corner from the FLIXBUS stop. Well priced hotel. Easy walk to old town....

Good Central Budget Hotel

Our group stayed here for 4 nights during the Euros. Good central location close to train station (5 mins) and a 10 min walk to the Alstadt.
Rooms were modern, clean and the shower was excellent. If you're looking for a budget stay in central Nurenberg, it's a good choice....

Poor value in a budget hotel!

In my two weeks in Germany staying in six different hotels in major cities, this hotel is of the poorest value. It was the highest price and smallest room. The space in the room and bathroom was small for our famil of three. We struggled to find space for our two luggages. There are always smokers just outside the hotel which made exits and entrances to the hotel qutie uncomfortable for non-smokers like us.

Everything was wrong from beginning to end. The 3 bedroomed room we were at first given was an attic and we had to bend not to bang our heads with the ceiling. Stayed for the night then told reception to change our room. After a very long discussion, they did.
For a whole week, lift was out of service . They were expecting some kind of part for it !!! Imagine me, a 68 year- old having to go up everytime to 5th floo...

Staff Issue

Although I had not booked breakfast I was advised I could book it on the day. At Reception on the day we were joined by the person in his bandana doing the breakfasts. He made out too many already down on his sheet for breakfast and made out I was a liar when discussing with the Receptionist didnt help. I eventually managed to have a breakfast and found the room was virtual empty. His attitude was appaling. I think ...
