Stayed here for two nights. Reception was ok, they did replace my hotel room card, after I lost it, with little fuss (ID shown). Room was pokey, no table, no tea/coffee facilities, no place to hang clothes which is considered a bare minimum in most countries. There is an issue with the frequency of room cleaning so two nights maximum really, one should be able to opt out via a sign to hang on the door rather than no ...

This hotel is great. It is near the central train station, Opera house, and the Munch museum. The hotel staff is warm, friendly and very helpful.
