Amazing hotel experience! From the lovely welcome by Amira, our 2 night stay was fantastic. The hotel is big but rooms are very quiet & the hotel vibe is brilliant. The gym was great & the breakfast spread is delicious. The very nice ladies & gents working breakfast always greeted everyone with a cheery 'good morning' & enjoy your meal. What a treat this hotel is & a big thank you to all staff!...

Location is great but the lift was not working so that I had to carry the bags with my 12 years old who had heart condition. If I knew I would have booked some other rooms. This is not acceptable! Bed was very soft and pillows are bad. Breakfast and location and cleanliness are great!! Hope they communicate about the room situation during booking and change the pillows and bed. Perfect location to walk around the cit...

Arriving into, and departing Oslo by train, this hotel is very convenient. There is not a lot to the rooms, but they are spacious, light and comfortable. The hotel reception and checkin was very simple and quick. We had the breakfast included in our stay, which was very impressive.

Stayed here for 3 nights, we had chosen a superior room so was larger. Was a long walk to our room from the lift but it was signposted.
Very funky design! Bathroom was large and a heated floor and a good shower.
We had patio doors in our room and bathroom which had a tiny strip of patio but a metal all so you couldnt see anything!

... well for starters, it's very, very challenging to actually find your room. Yes, there are signs, but they're "arty", i.e. indecipherable. Given that the point of the hotel is its indisputably convenient location, most guests probably already have a long day's travel behind them before having to run up and down corridors with luggage to try to figure out where the room is.
