This hotel is more than a 3 star. Lovely hotel, very friendly, well run, beautiful decor, fantastic location only 5 minutes walk to the Tower. Very central to local restaurants & shopping. Breakfast was buffet style Italian breakfast with a good selection of cereals, pastries, yogurt, fruits, meats & cheeses. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days at the end of September and early October and had a wonderful time there. I will not give a detailed description of the hotel since the details given on the website are accurate.

Great hotel location, staff, rooms, facilities, roof terrace, breakfast all fabulous. Would we stay there again absolutely. The location, service was second to none. Forget the stalls in the streets just tourist tat we got all our gifts from one fab shop Barsanti 1835 Piazza Duomo 6 & 2 56126 pisa great gifts at fab prices and all genuine Italian.
