Dirty dark noisy shabby place blocked toilet no toiletries dirty towels not changed uncomfortable beds tiny space smelly

My stay here was very disappointing as we walked to this hotel we realised the area was very shabby and dirty and nothing pretty in sight also the attractions are not so close the hotel has a new side and a very old shabby side we were not aware of this.They gave us a very old dark room with street view and so noisy it was really bad the floor was sticky and we had requested a clean bright room so very disappointed ....

Short break in Seville and arrived at the Hotel late evening. Room comfortable and clean but first impressions were that the pictures in the TUI and hotel websites were a bit different from the room we were in. As an earlier review mentioned, there's 2 sides to the hotel, the older side at the front, where we were and the apparently refurbished side at the back which had a nice courtyard feel. Four nights in Seville

We stayed here for four nights in March. We found the hotel to be clean, fresh and modern.
All the staff at the hotel we found to be friendly and helpful.
We ate in the restaurant for two nights due to the unfortunately wet weather. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals on both occasions and the service was very good.

Really lovely hotel, very clean and friendly staff. We had a ground floor room so didnt see much of the hotel, but used the spa which was lovely and had a treatment too. The roof pool looked lovely but was closed when we went due to time of year. The food and bar area was also very nice. Perfect location from centre about 10 mins walk....

We arrived early but the receptionist was so nice to us.
There were three of us. One solo and us a couple.
We got a fabulous room on the ground floor, very close to reception. My husband is a wheelchair user and the room was fantastic for him. So well laid out. The beds were sooo comfortable and spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel.
I can't fault it really.
