(The only reason to not give 5 stars is that we couldnt get nearby rooms for the 4 of us(busy time ) plus our premium room had just one small window.)

Positives first. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the complimentary glass of cava for signing up to their loyalty programme was a nice touch. We had a rental car for our stay and chose the hotel because of its proximity to a secure, underground car park, with Parking José Laguillo directly opposite. This is a good hotel and a short walk, 10 or 15 minutes to the old town. They staff are very friendly and the hotel is exceptionally clean. Breakfast options are good with hot and cold options and gluten free options. A few frustrating things. For me it was unclear when booking that use of the hot tub was an extra charge, one reason for booking the hotel was that I thought I had use of the facilities. At 15 euros pe...

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel from check in to check out..Staff are super friendly, a special mention to Carmen in the bar who was so lovely. Every hotel needs a Carmen..Rooms were spotless clean and bed was very comfortable..Location is fantastic..we eat a couple of times at an Italian Restaurant named Don Pino (a five minute walk from the hotel), the food there was fabulous..we will definitely be back...
