Excellent hotel with lovely helpful staff . Room was spotless and very comfortable . Easy walking distance from the city centre but not in the middle of the busy area . Breakfast buffet had great hot and cold options

I am writing this review in the hope that others who have similar hopes to us will reconsider booking with this hotel as we were very disappointed and ended up moving hotels. We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Excellent value for money

The property is conveniently located between the train station and old town with walking distance to both.. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The roof top pool is really great to cool down after wandering the city and enjoy the skyline of Seville at the same time. The breakfast is excellent - good selection, fresh fruit and fresh orange juice. Great place for a relaxing stay...

Great Hotel, Wonderful Staff

I am a tour guide and my group and I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff were super friendly, especially Aracelis and Merchi in the dining room. They were phenomenal! Also, Katarina at the reception was very helpful when we had a medical emergency. Great hotel and wonderful location....

Good but let down by lack of veggie provision so far.

Currently here as a solo traveller with a group.
The hotel appears to be clean and my room is nice, comfortable king size bed and the bathroom has the requested walk in shower which seems to be the case for the others in my group. There's a pleasant ambience.
We did have quite a wait for check in which was tedious, but to be fair, it's a large group and we arrived before 2pm.
