Great hotel in a marvellous quiet location just a few minutes walk from the busy historic centre. Pleasant ambience throughout and Bedrooms are stylish and well equipped....

We were very disappointed with our stay. We paid for a four-star hotel but did not receive four-star service. Even before arrival, it was a struggle to secure the twin beds we had requested when booking. While the room and common areas were pleasant, breakfast quality was poor (average products, limited savoury options) and, most surprisingly, the advertised bar simply did not exist during most of the week. What a beauty of a hotel right in the city centre of all the tiny streets of Seville. The service throughout our stay was fantastic, the room was spacious and newly refurbed, really comfortable bedding and gorgeous rainfall shower. A brilliant hotel! A short walk into the centre. Staff were so lovely. A lovely, spacious lounge area which we used. Room was excellent. Really comfy beds and very spacious room. Only problem was that the air con really smelt. We did bring it up with the front desk and they said theyd send someone but it did still smell so we stopped using it.
