Wanted to go up to the bar to meet friends who were staying at the hotel, but the rude receptionist sent us through the shopping mall to the do called entrance which was closed. We went beck to Reception to question her and she said she had forgotten it had closed.
How unprofessional for a 5 star hotel. No customer service at all. Would not stay here, much better hotels in Seville....

Persistent methane gas issue. Poor management.

Methane gas leaks from sewer into rooms. Showers do not drain properly. Seems like a systemic plumbing venting issue with the building. Requested fixes for both issue. Tech came and promised to return to fix but never did return.
Staff could not find our reservation at check in. Half hour delay. Fiasco.
Room service got our order wrong in three different ways. Simple stuff.

Writing this review having stayed here a few times in business. This hotel, from its walkable location, incredible views, and hard working staff has a lot of potential. Unfortunately it misses the mark pretty consistently.
Beds: The beds have issues. Many seem older than the hotel. Not holding up well. Weird slopes that send you to the middle of a king bed.

An excellent hotel in a beautiful city! Everything was perfect, from the comfortable rooms to the outstanding service. A special mention to Ana, who made our breakfasts exceptional with her kindness, warm smile, and attentive care. She truly brightened our mornings and made us feel at home. Highly recommended!...

Amazing 4 days in this luxury hotel we was celebrating my husband birthday and received for that a upgrade (without paying extra)for our rom,everything was stunning...the view, staff,room clining
