Stayed at Eurostars Torre Sevilla to celebrate a special occasion, and unfortunately the overall experience did not meet expectations.
The main disappointment related to the handling of VIP Access benefits at check-in, which felt inconsistent and poorly managed. While I understand that upgrades are subject to availability, the process itself lacked clarity and professionalism, which set an unfortunate tone for the s...

Service was verry bad. Rooms where noisy while they pretent to be isolated. Staff does not come back with solutions when you have questions. Rooms need maintenance. To bad i hoped for a great holiday experience but got a no worthy stay instead. One star for the beatifull view....

Clean, Friendly and a great location for our sightseeing. Everything was within a 15 -20 minute walk.
Triana very close. We walked all over the city and the hotel was perfect for that....

Excellent trip, Hotel spotless, room spotless and comfortable, Breakfasts are really good plenty of choice plus great view! Had a room with a city view defo worth it. Rooftop bar is excellent, visited every night, great location, few minutes walk over the bridge to the main area, Setas and Cathedral 20 mins tops walking. Great Hotel...

I have stayed in luxury hotels across the globe, but this place is an absolute joke. To call this a "5-star" establishment is a blatant lie; you would have to be an absolute moron to believe this hotel meets international standards. Our entire stay felt like being treated as if we were peasants from the Middle Ages.
