Love the view, but other than that not worth the price. We asked for early check in and luggage storage, because our flight was in the morning, got a nice email that we can check in at 12.. when we arrived at the reception they were in shock, also a little rude.. baby crib was dirty and torn on many spots. The remote was not working, they did not come to fix it (change batteries) in our 3 day stay.. we hung a do not...

There is so much wrong with this hotel from our arrival to our early checkout. Yes we complained, yes we changed rooms but nothing rectified. Toilet couldn't be fixed and 2nd room had shower blockage that they did not fix. Standing in back up water is disgusting. Hole in our bedshert, one pillow each, stiff towels. Shabby dirty and stained settee in 2nd room, dirty rooms overall that are not sufficiently cleaned th...

Thank you Eurostars! What a wonderful 3 night stay weve had at your Torre Sevilla hotel.
Fabulous deluxe room with a city view, exceptionally clean and well appointed spacious room.
Outside of the hustle and bustle of the busier parts of the city.
The spa was also great with an infinity pool looking out over the city.
The included buffet breakfast was excellent with a choice for everybody. All dietary needs cate...

This hotel is underwhelming. It's quite standard. There was not a proper greeting just transacting to get me checked in. The furniture is dated. The rooms are big, but basic. I was expecting a 5 star hotel. It's across the river which is not that far of a walk, but away from most of the activities. The rooms are clean. It does not feel intimate.
