I have stayed in luxury hotels across the globe, but this place is an absolute joke. To call this a "5-star" establishment is a blatant lie; you would have to be an absolute moron to believe this hotel meets international standards. Our entire stay felt like being treated as if we were peasants from the Middle Ages.

Terrible hotel for a supposed 5-star rating, it feels like a scam. The mattress was very uncomfortable and old, and the bed was noisy; every time you moved, it creaked and the springs were audible, plus the whole bed shifted, making it very unstable. The sheets were old, and the duvet cover was torn, which I find unacceptable for a hotel of this category.

Love the view, but other than that not worth the price. We asked for early check in and luggage storage, because our flight was in the morning, got a nice email that we can check in at 12.. when we arrived at the reception they were in shock, also a little rude.. baby crib was dirty and torn on many spots. The remote was not working, they did not come to fix it (change batteries) in our 3 day stay.. we hung a do not...

There is so much wrong with this hotel from our arrival to our early checkout. Yes we complained, yes we changed rooms but nothing rectified. Toilet couldn't be fixed and 2nd room had shower blockage that they did not fix. Standing in back up water is disgusting. Hole in our bedshert, one pillow each, stiff towels.
