We loved our 3 night stay here. The staff are genuinely kind and friendly. Nikolas was so helpful getting us checked in and get into the room a touch early. . The room was spacious and very clean and there was no noise at night. Its around 30 mins to walk to the centre and the hotel is next to bus and tram stops. We didnt try the breakfast and there were too many places to try nearby.

Excellent hotel about twenty mins walk to the centre. Lovely rooms and comfy beds.
Only downside is you have to pay for spa which is not how the hotel is advertised.
Saying that I would definitely return as a good central point for visiting Serville....

The hotel is clean. The room was very comfortable. Comfortable bed. Daniel who served us at breakfast was warm and personal.
Note: if you book the hotel in Spring there is no air conditioning, so dont forget to bring a portable fan, as we found the nights warm. We were able to open the window which helped....

Hotel was colourful and well furnished. Great open space in the reception/bar/foyer. Bedroom was clean and comfortable and well decorated and furnished. Easy location to find and park. Staff were really friendly and helpful and I would most definitely stay here again! ️...
