We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. The hotel is very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Even though it is out of the city centre it is very well connected by the number 3 bus with the stop being just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel staff explained the buses to us so we could knew where to get on and off in the city centre. We had the breakfast buffet a few times which was very good....

I really enjoyed so much in Hilton Hotel the staff in the restaurant and specially Salvador was very accommodated and all of them in the Kitchen amazing breakfast also all the receptionist welcome in the rooms are very clean i highly recommended it I will be back thanks ...

This hotel has a fabulous location just outside the city
No 3 bus every 10 mins and takes 40mins
Staff are friendly and professional
Rooms are spotlessly clean
Breakfast has a super choice
Didnt get to explore the pool area as we hadnt the weather to go with this
Hotel recognizes its tier members
Breakfast staff were so helpful and friendly

As a Hilton Gold member and having stayed in many Hilton hotels across the world, I have to admit that this is probably the worst with regard to service and consistency. Check in staff are going out information with QR codes which simply do not work yet they continue to give them out to guests. I was also told despite being a Gold member they do not offer room upgrades at all at that hotel. I have never stayed at ...

Three night stay and to be honest, something of a non-event, compared to other Hiltons. Room was comfortable and clean but found staff, with exception of housekeeping, a bit cold. Breakfast was disapointing in terms of quality and choice. Staff also slow to replenish, with empty platters, whilst they chatted.
