The apartment is great, nice and modern. Spacious and good kitchen. Only down side is that the shower leaked onto the floor in the bathroom.
Pool area is a bonus, I knew the pool was going to be small but it's smaller than appears in the photos.
Location is good to walk everywhere we wanted. ...

Modern, Fair-priced Seville Apartments

Stayed at Los Salados apartments this June for 5 nights as a group of 4. Apartments are in a brilliant location, within 10-20 mins walk of all tourist areas of interest and close to bus station which was great for us arriving with baggage via Flix bus from Portugal. Quiet surroundings which made for peaceful conditions to sleep also.

This is located in a quiet little side street about 10 mins walk from the centre of Seville and very close to the bus station. The location is good although it was very hot when we were there, so the walk to the centre felt a bit longer. Its near to Cortes Ingleses, a Spanish department store which has good shopping, good airconditioning and a lovely food area on the top floor.

We had a great stay at Holiday Rentals Los Salados. The appartment was nice and clean and is located in an quite street from where you can explore Sevilla on foot. Restaurants and supermarket are nearby....

No water. No air conditioning. No customer service.

No cold water.
No air conditioning.
The manager didnt do anything or even apologise.
The staff laughed at us when we raised concerns.
We had to shower using bottled water.
Zero compensation.
This was also during a heatwave.
Do not stay here, if anything goes wrong - you wont get help....
