I was here as a solo traveller for 3 nights.
I was worried about the sewage smell that has been written in other reviews, but I didnt smell anything once.
The apartment was very spacious and had everything you needed. However you are responsible for your rubbish, and taking the rubbish out.
Its very quiet inside and outside. Youre about 20-30 minutes from the main landmarks.
The bathrooms need a bit of reno...

Great apartment with everything you need and want for a few days away.
The two bedroom apartment was perfect.
We caught the airport bus to the bus terminal then its less than 5 mins walk.
Reception staff were all friendly and we were able to check in early.
Pool area is not the best but is ok and nice to have even if pool is very small.
Plenty of bars nearby and felt very safe even walking about very late at night....

I like the concept of the apartments. The apartment was a good size. The rootftop pool was a massive bonus, it was lovely to spend time sunbathing on the rootftop after a day walking around Seville. The rooms could be a little cleaner and could do with some maintenance in the apartments. Overall I would stay here again as it was in a good location, easy to get to the main places etc. We had a room on the street side...

We stayed at Los Salados for 4 nights in March. We booked the 3 bed apartment. I am not sure what I was expecting but it was fabulous. The apartment itself was large and bright. The rooms were all very spacious with comfy beds.

Dont stay here if youre expecting cleanliness, quiet, or professionalism from the staff. On my first night I checked in to find the bed had clearly not been made with clean sheets. Hair all over the bed, mascara all over the pillows and also what looked like a bunch of pubic hair on the duvet cover. There was also hair around both the sinks.
