All the staff from the reception team to the breakfast team were very helpful and friendly. Couldn't fault the service provided from booking taxis and shows to advising on sites to see and places to visit. The reception team were really helpful and recommended a flamenco show to us which was excellent. We had the full dinner and flamenco experience which was a full 90 min show which included a 5 course meal with wine...

Great and friendly staff. Happy to go the extra mile for guests to have a great experience. Front desk was superb- polite and extremely helpful in making sure that we had everything we could possibly need to enjoy every aspect of our stay. Happy to recommend them....

The room had no natural daylight which might suit some people but not me, although it was clean and adequate. There appears to have been some building work going on though from 7.30am with banging and drilling, so don't expect to sleep in. Other residents were noisy one night too. A stunning hotel in central Seville. All attractions are within a 20 minute walk, some as close as 5. The reception and halls of the hotel are beautiful and the rooms are modern and spacious. Taxi to/ from the airport was 20-30 and they are able to hold bags if your room isnt ready when you arrive. Breakfast had a nice variety and everything was fresh.

Hotel is very well located and communal areas absolutely beautiful. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were here for a week b&b- breakfast was good, a little more than just continental.
