We spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was superb.
The hotel is very will located and near all of the main visitor attractions. The room was very nice, spacious with plenty of storage room. The only very minor downside is that the rooms aren't soundproofed ( probably due to the age of the building), so you can hear people walking around etc whilst in the room.

Central hotel, BUT

Very central hotel our 3 visit we love Sevilla very disappointed in restaurant the service has gone downhill, we watched the staff were unaware of customers not interested in the dinners and their dress code was a bit scruffy. Reception very friendly, the breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly....

Fabulous location, although the hotel presents very tired.
Room maintenance needs to be better.
The cleaning staff are excellent.
The older man at reception needs to be replaced. He was very rude to me and dismissed me.
The younger ladies are great.
City Expert tours in the foyer are not Expert and don't seem to have enough contacts.
She found it difficult to deal with my problem when she sold me a tour that does no...

We visited Seville for a long weekend and was not disappointed. This hotel is in a really good location, lovely rootop bar and the main bar and restaurant on the ground floor was also very good! Would definitely recommend!...
