Hotel with good location and helpful staff

This hotel has an excellent location and a very helpful staff.
I would especially like to highlight the outstanding assistance from Veronica and Marta at the concierge desk. They were incredibly helpful in organizing our days so we could make the most of our time in Seville and Córdoba.

This hotel is an excellent choice for a trip to Seville. Its very centrally located, all the major sites are within easy walking distance. There is also a taxi rank right outside. The staff are all lovely and go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Room was spotlessly clean and very well appointed....

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable and well appointed, and the breakfast excellent with a good choice. The roof terrace bar is a great place for pre-dinner drinks, and the hotel is very well located within easy walking distance of all the sights. Would thoroughly recommend. ...

Brilliant location, excellent staff, lovely hotel. Will definitely be back. I arrived early and they managed to get me a room. The staff made us (I was with a big group) feel really welcome throughout and the roof bar was great for the sunset....

Stayed here for a few nights at the end of January/beginning of February 2025. We stay in Seville often and knew this hotel was central and of a good standard. We were not disappointed. Our stay was excellent, the roof terrace gave you great views of the city of an evening and allowed you to soak up the winter sunshine during the day. Staff were excellent also.
