The hotel is right across the street from the conference center. The staff is pleasant, the rooms are clean, and the beds are okay. The breakfast and restaurant are good/above average. However, our room was hot and stuffy as the thermometer on the climate control was not working properly. One of the glass doors entering the hotel was broken the first day we arrived, was laid against the wall and never rehung whil...

We went to the SICAB horse show so location was great but the hotel room was well worn ,overpriced with noisy inefficient air con.
No decent toiltriesno tea and coffee in room and no balcony.
Breakfast was not warm enough all a bit lack lustre really....

NO KETTLE!!!!

This is NOT a 4-Star Hotel. I have never stayed in a hotel anywhere in the WORLD that does not have a KETTLE and TEA/COFFEE making facilities in the room!!!!! Or they will provide it for you, if you ask for it.
Unbelievable???? Even hotels in the Foothills of the Himalayas (my Last holiday) all have this!!!!
But when I asked at the Reception of the Sevilla Congresso, they just smiled and said 'No, we don't do ...

Clean and neat hotel with outside pool. Rooms were good. We ate in the dinning room and the food was very good for dinner and breakfast....
