Great experience in Sevilla

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Triana Hotel during the Seville Fair. We liked the cleanliness, the breakfast and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We really liked the hotel's contact after booking, which allowed us to reserve parking for our car and get a better price. The pool area is very pleasant....

The potential of this establishment is undermined by Incompetent Staff and Poor Service

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. The reception staff were not only rude but also utterly incompetent. I was initially told I could have a late check-out after a few hours, only for them to later claim it wasnt possible. They were completely wrong, and instead of offering an apology, they raised their voices when I questioned them. You should never allow anyone to raise their voice at you, especi...

A very comfortable stay at Monte Triana which was nice and quiet. A huge bed and super bathroom which was spotlessly clean. Great views over the city from the rooftop sun terrace. A short stroll to the Mercado de Triana and lots of interesting corners to explore....

Very welcoming and helpful staff on the reception, with good advice on nearby restaurants and explanation with map of location of hotel in relation to main tourist spots. The location of the hotel is only a few minutes walk to the attractions across the Isabel II (Triana) bridge. I could write a very long review on reasons why this hotel gets a 5 star review. The following are main reasons.
Spotlessly clean in every area from reception to rooftop pool.
The staff were so friendly and polite , reception, breakfast waiters and cleaners , bravo.
