Im just giving a two because everything was going fine until I woke up in the third and last night of my stay and I am covered by red marks due to bed bugs. I am utterly disappointed and in disgust....

Great service all round

Stayed here at start of tour and at the end. Excellent place. Great food, great spaces, great room, wine and staff couldnt do enough for me. Id stay again. There were restaurants close by and I visited one which was great as part of the tour. Next time I might be brave and venture out more....

I wouldnt stay here again.
Everything was just fine, just ok but not great. Room 213 for 3 nights.
Its just very basic, where bus tours and groups stay.
The room Was very bare, not even tea/coffee.
Location was ok, 10-15
Min walk to all the major sights.
Long wait times At check-in desk.
Best thing is the rooftop pool,sun deck & bar after a day of sightseeing....

Good place for a home base as we spent a week exploring the sights and wonders of Seville. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast buffet was great, hotel was next to a grocery store where we got evening snacks, water and what not. Plaza de Armas Hotel was a good home base for us as we spent a week exploring the sights and wonders of Seville. Room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast buffet was excellent.
