Ripped us off after wrongly charging credit card over $1,100.

This hotel and apartment group wrongly charged us $1,100 then denied they did so. Upon providing them bank statements they reluctantly agreed and refunded us however not the full amount or the bank fees we were charged amounting to over $50. They state they wont pay this even though it was their mistake. They refuse answer our emails and so we are out of pocket because of their incompetence. The apartment was crampe...

We stayed here three nights during a week-long trip to Spain.
The hotel has some real strengths. It occupies a great location, right on the plaza with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and within walking distance of many of the city's attractions. Furthermore, it's full of character in both the bedrooms and and communal areas, with nice decor and tiling.

We came for 4 days in mid-February purely for some winter sun, and we were not disappointed on that front.
The location is very good, and the hotels public interiors are absolutely stunning. The breakfast area was spotless, and there was a great selection of food each morning including scrambled eggs, beans, and a variety of pastries which set us up well for the day.

This hotel was one of the most beautify and characteristic places Ive ever been! We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff that was very helpful and customer focused. The double room was of a good size and the bathroom was also of good size.The room had everything you needed.
