Delightful hotel in the heart of Seville!

We visiting Seville for the first time. We picked the hotel based on its proximity to attractions we wanted to visit, the hotel's rating and the price for the expected quality. We were not disappointed. The room was large, quiet, and clean. The beds were quite comfortable. Disappointing stay

My room had one window but it was so high up I could only see tree tops. I also faced my street so it was loud.
They used a very scented cleaning agent which was overpowering.
The bathroom, while in my room, was down a few steps and around the corner from the main section of the room.
Overall, staff was helpful and location was good, but the hotel was more basic and less charming or comfortable than expected....

Upon arrival and meeting Arancha at check in, nothing was too much trouble, she went above & beyond...A special mention for German, thank you for your help! A fantastic location, (having been to Seville many times, this was the best!) accommodation was great, with everything you could possibly need on your doorstep....excellent breakfast, thank you to the lovely kitchen staff. We can't wait to return...

Lovely boutique hotel in a fantastic location with easy access to main attractions, Isobel bridge and Triana. Staff lovely, esp Sonia upon check in. Easy online check in. Small double room was big enough for one person, was clean (daily housekeeping) bathroom was clean but a slight drainage smell started after a couple of days. This hotel is located in a very central location, close to the river, main attractions, shops, restaurants etc. The room was clean and bright. Breakfasts were very good....
