We arrived on the day the country-wide blackout had just occurred, and the hotel staff, despite the computers being down and the electronic locks not working, could not have been more accommodating. Their fine service continued throughout our 6-night stay, including providing good restaurant recommendations, calling taxis, and providing useful advice on train reservations. The hotel is very well located in the Santa Cruz area, walking distance to all the central tourist areas such as the Catedral, Real Alcazar and Plaza de Espana. Restaurants in the Alfalfa area are a few minutes walk and have plenty of options for good food. The staff were very friendly and helpful the entire time....

Amazing hotel in Sevilla - with extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the hotel during the sudden power outages in Sevilla. The staff went above and beyond to help us. We enjoyed the location, the family room and the breakfast also !...
