**AVOID AT ALL COSTS** There really should be an option for zero stars. I checked into this accommodation with my Daughter this morning as part of her 21st Birthday trip. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so the receptionist gave us towels and told us to to go and sit by the "pool"!! Let me tell you a pool it is not ... my bath is bigger at home. The photos of this hotel are totally misleading. I can't comm...

Family of 4. We were not happy: room was dirty i.e. light on night stand was full of dust suggesting they don't properly disinfect surfaces between guests; room small for 4 people we didn't have space to put the luggage and the living room bed was very uncomfortable; the pool looks bigger in the online photos then it actually is, it is very very small and the entire roof was covered by pigeons poop and full of pigeon...

Ideally located just off Almeda de Hercules, which has many restaurants, minimarkets, cafes and bars. We were arriving early and departing late but they had no problem in minding our luggage for us. It's a busy area but it didn't affect our sleep., even though there was a nightclub across from our room but our bedroom was away from the street. Nothing but stress and poor service resulting from our stay at the suite. We booked a 2 bed apartment for 3 nights in June. We checked in ourselves via their WhatsApp messaging service. Though on first impressions the apartment appeared fine it was superficial. Stayed here weekend of 13-16th March.
We didnt arrive until 5:30pm so no reception we use the check in machine which is a bit long to do but we managed to get checked in and up to our room. The apartments are clean and very comfy had a room on the first floor with 2 doors that opened looking over the side car park. The room was well equipped with everything you need.
