Lovely hotel good location nice staff. The only negative is I found the en suite very difficult to use as there was a towel rail Infront of the sink which prevented me from using the sink properly also I couldn't reach the shower button, as I am only small in height. In my opinion the rail needs moving, plus the shower door had a gap in which the meant the water went everywhere....

Stayed for 4 nights of Christmas great location and a beautiful hotel near all the trains and trams breakfast was ok could have been better over Christmas Room had some mould could have been cleaner overall a good hotel in a great city I would stay again...

Very convenient location for trams and public transport into Sevilla central.
Reception staff very good. Room ok but now showing signs of wear and could do with refreshing
Breakfast good, however the cooked food never really hot, but acceptable.
We use this hotel a lot, so hopefully the comments won't put you off....

Lovely hotel, stayed for six nights over Christmas. Very clean rooms. Beds very comfortable. Staff very helpful and efficient. Breakfast had general good range of food, though could improve on vegetarian hot food other than eggs and tomato. Ate lunch and dinner in outside restaurants so can not comment on them. Short walk into town and nain attractions.
Overall would recommend....

A very large hotel , but we enjoyed it. Our room was good , comfy twin beds , quiet as requested ,large. The curtains were a little dishevelled but didn't bother us, maybe other rooms were smarter. We couldn't complain at the rate we paid.
