I came from granada. I'm tried from my journey. I came here on the recommendation of my travel agent from Spain. The hotel rooms are nice. I went to bed around 10 pm

No more than a two star hotel

Nowhere near a 4* Visited during the power outage across Spain.
Reception:
The hotel handled it very poorly. Charging people on cards and also to the room. Had duplicate payments. Fighting for a refund for two days and still didnt want to give it back. Just kept brushing us off constantly. Upon check out we was told it was with head office even though the bank account was shown prior. After putting up a fight the...

Excellent Hotel in Beautiful Seville

We spent a long weekend here in March and had an excellent experience. The room was excellent, the buffet breakfast superb, great location, nice restaurants to dine at night and very friendly and helpful staff. I would hihgly recommend and will be using again. Seville is a beautiful city to visit....

Nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were really clean, tidy and quiet! The shower was lovely and they provided some basic amenities if you need, like toothbrush and shower cap etc. Theyve got bottles of water for free in the room which is amazing for tourists.
