We used taxis to get to and from the city 8- 10 euros each way. Hotel and pool area are very spacious- lots of areas to relax inside and, various tour groups and corporate events were on but it didnt ever feel crowded. ( no problem getting a sun bed!) A variety of options on food and beverages which was it was all good. We found some good local bars and restaurants less than 10 mins walk away. Less public parts ...

To start, check in went smoothly, friendly and informative. Our room was great, the Aircon is the best we have had before, with a comfortable bed and pillows, clean spacious room and bathroom. No kettle or coffee tea facilities and the noise level we experienced was too loud unfortunately. The hotel rooms and surrounding areas are very clean tho but the rooms are not soundproof at all. Have had a lovely holiday here. Arrived around 11.00am and checked in. Check in time is 16.00 so they stored our cases in locked room giving us the option of heading out to explore or get our swimming costumes out, try the pool and then lunch at the pool bar. We went for option 2. They phoned just as we were having lunch as our room was ready. The standard room & bathroom are spacious with nice smelling toiletries. B...

Lovely hotel but all staff need better training in CPR

Beautiful hotel clean rooms good buffet breakfast. The only thing I would say is all staff need better medical training especially CPR. Unfortunately I witnessed a cardiac arrest at the pool. The lifeguard on duty did his best at CPR , however it was very poor. The other pool entertainment staff did not have a clue what to do and ran round like headless chickens. I dont understand where all these positive reviews are coming from. I guess the people who stay here have never stayed anywhere else, or we just have the misfortune of the worst room here.
