A touch of glitz in Seville

We travelled in April. An impressive reception area that evokes the cultural influences of the city, friendly staff and a comfortable room with walk in shower. Excellent breakfast buffet selection, plenty for all tastes. The rooftop restaurant / bar is a must with a view of the Cathedral. Central set up for access to the river, the main tourist attractions and good shops. Highly recommended....

Amazing professional and friendly hotel

Wonderful service from arrival to departure.
Situated in a superb quiet street 5 mins walk from the cathedral and the main shopping area. All the main sights are within a 15 minute walk as well.
Many good restaurants and bars in the local area.
The view from the rooftop garden in the evening is amazing. We were also lucky enough to be treated to a flying display by dozens of swifts !!

Room 101 is next to the kitchen, which is very noisy and at the restaurant a waiter rudely told us that he didn't speak English and that it was up to us, as visitors to Spain, to find a way to speak Spanish....

Excellence in Seville

Spent two nights over Easter Week. Loved everything about this hotel.staff, dining, location. Hard to beat. Breakfast was by far and away best Ive ever had at a hotel in either Europe or US. Make sure you get a reservation at the rooftop restaurant. Fabulous food and views of Sevilla. Highly recommend!
Tip: if you are driving, call in advance to reserve parking with them. ...

We stayed 1 night at very short notice having had our reservation at another hotel cancelled without notification. The reception staff couldn't have been more friendly and supportive. They went out of their way to welcome us and even gave us a complimentary upgrade seeing how stressed we were.
