We recently stayed here for 2 nights on our visit to Seville. Like the other reviewers mentioned the staff is not the friendliest. The checkin took forever and after a long flight you wanna just get in the room and not wait forever to be checked in.
We stayed in 2 bedroom apartments and the rooms were decent. housekeeping is with additional fee and surprisingly no coffee in a 4 star room. The breakfast was ok but ...

Lovely hotel, staff not so friendly

Very nice hotel, beautiful settling, walking distance from most tourist attractions.
Breakfast was lovely and the food in the hotel restaurant was great, very good value for money.
The only downside to this hotel is the staff, they arent the friendliest. If you dont mind being looked up at down at the girls that work in the rooftop pool then this is a great place to stay!...

Brilliant hotel

We always stay at the Zenit when visiting Seville. It is in Triana across the river from main tourist attractions but it has a great vibe and atmosphere. Zenit has a fabulous roof top bar and pool. All of the staff are so helpful and provide great restaurant recommendations
The maitre de - Miguel and his staff at breakfast - were terrific and nothing was a problem even helping us with our Spanish

We stayed in one of the two bed apartments for 5 nights. Firstly the pool is advertised as seasonal but we were suprised it had closed the end of September! The hotel is in a great location, modern, well fitted apartment, however- there is NO installation- we could hear the family urinating in their bathroom which backed onto our bedroom. Every noise from both inside and out could be heard even through earplugs. Such...

We stayed 2 nights as part of a tour and had a slightly quirky room with a small couch and long bench for bags. This was a bit narrow for suitcases as it is designed for overnight bags. The breakfast choices were a bit limited but we ate in the restaurant one night and enjoyed the Japanese fusion meal very much.
