The last day's experience was terrible.

We stayed there, but on the last day we didn't have breakfast because it only opens at 8 am. This is absurd for someone who needs to leave early. The intransigence of the employee at the front desk who wouldn't allow us a small coffee was unacceptable. We left without having breakfast. A total lack of consideration for the guest....

This is a clean and basic hotel in a good location outside of the old town but within walking distance. The hotel has a nice roof bar with a very small pool which sadly was not open often during our stay. Staff are helpful and friendly, room and facilities perfectly adequate. Another wonderful holiday at The Zenit. A beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and a great location. The staff are so friendly and helpful and make our holiday memorable. A warm welcome from Antonio in reception, and we were so pleased to see Clara in reception, as we did last year, who was, and is, so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her. Great rooftop bar, very disappointing restaurant

We didn't stay at the hotel but we did have a couple of drinks at the rooftop bar, which was really lovely. What marks this hotel down is the restaurant, despite the pretty surroundings - great lighting and planting - the food and service were both poor. Food but no cutlery, my husband finally had to get up to go and ask for some, by which time his food was cold, meanwhile my pasta was almost inedible anyway, I left ...

Lovely 5 night stay at this very nice hotel.

This is a very nice hotel and well placed for seeing the sights of Seville. The hotel is in a quiet setting but only a few metres away you can catch the City sightseeing bus ( stop 6). The pool area is well kept and somehow the pool itself remains refreshing even in the high temperatures.
