Great location, close to Plaza de la Reina. Our room and bathroom were very clean. Shirt gel and body lotion provided in the bathroom.
The reception staff gave us lots of tips where to eat and good places to see during our short visit.
Breakfast room very small and had to edit for a table but it didnt disturb us.
Breakfast was different bread/toast, croissants cheese and cold cuts. Scrambled eggs, bacon and mixed...

A 3 star hotel but highly recommend. The location is excellent in the old town very close to the Cathedral. The room was big enough with very comfortable beds and a choice of soft or harder pillows. Large shower that we loved and nice body lotion . Breakfast was included and not just continental but delicious scrambled eggs and bacon . Home made pudding by the lovely lady working there. This hotel stinks - literally; the rooms smells of sewer

This hotel literally stinks - the stench of sewer in the hallway and in my room was awful, it was hard to breathe. (It was so bad I switched rooms but the second room also stunk so it's not just a one-room problem.) If you get a room facing the street, be prepared to hear traffic and people talking because the windows are not double glazed so it is very noisy. Wonderful place to stay for a city break

Great casual hotel, fantastic location to the city, town and metro.
Staff on reception, we're all very friendly and helpful. In actual fact all staff were great.
Breakfast is continental style, which was more than adequate.
Room 405 is at the back so we were not disturbed by street noise. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was wonderful.
Always super clean.
All in all a great place to stay for a city break....

Stayed 2 nights for a city trip. The location of the hotel is perfect, parking is close to the hotel. We rented 4 bikes to explore the city. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Rooms are modern and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good, its a small room so they work with timeslots. Pet friendly hotel, there's dog cushion and bowls for food and water in the room....
