Pet friendly hotel in a great location with great views. Very inviting as soon as you walk in and are greeted. They take special care to be attentive and respectful each time they see you. My dog was very eager to grab a cookie each time we passed by. Super close to everything and allt of great food in the area. Very walkable and friendly location....

This hotel is about the only choice in the Capitol Hill neighborhood and the location is terrific . My thought is it was once a former apartment building that was turned into a neighborhood hotel. The staff is very nice and the beds are quite comfy. I booked the largest suite they had, it was right next to the elevator which can be plainly heard. Its unfortunate but the renovation was shoddily and cheaply done. The ...

Stayed two nights. While it is an older building, it looks like they've done a renovation recently. Our room was very nice. Comfy bed. The tub in the room was obviously very old, and the finish had worn off. They put a non-slip shower mat over it, but it still looked pretty bad. I took showers and could deal with it, but no one would take a bath in that tub. Everything else at the hotel was great. The staff were the...

Location was perfect, staff was very helpful: offering suggestions about numerous things. Room was roomy, very clean and quiet. Loved the breakfast around the corner Le Bon cafe. Our room was ready early a true bonus. A must place to stay in Washington DC....
