Going toi stay at Hyatt, it is going to be cold out, bring an electric space heater to keep your room above 60 degrees.

Marriott Fairfax on a night that was 32 degrees outside. Sitting in the room we noticed it was freezing, We turned the thermostat up and an phour later noting happened. Still cold. I put the room temp to max at 80 and nothing happened, Called the front desk and said we have it set at 80 and still real cold. They said wil send someone up. no one came. Me and my wife had a very horrible experience in the property. We booked this place, expecting safety as it's under Hyatt. But all we were to face, was things stolen from our locked room.

I had a great stay here. The location was convenient, but the customer service was a 5 star experience! I interacted with Andrew at the front desk and he was great! Very helpful and went above and beyond. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived, and his kindness made the stay even better. ....
