Me and my wife had a very horrible experience in the property. We booked this place, expecting safety as it's under Hyatt. But all we were to face, was things stolen from our locked room.

I had a great stay here. The location was convenient, but the customer service was a 5 star experience! I interacted with Andrew at the front desk and he was great! Very helpful and went above and beyond. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived, and his kindness made the stay even better. ....
