Still a Value, but Needs Upgrade

We've been staying at this Hilton every TG for at least 5 years. Conveniently located, though new construction displaced convenience stores + present large- scale construction is unpleasant. Entire property needs serious refurbishing/ upgrading, but still good value. Hallways depressingly grey/ black. Very friendly, helpful staff....

I had a great experience staying at the Washington Hilton. The staff was super friendly and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The hotel has a lot of history and character, which makes it feel special. It has hosted major events and famous guests over the years, so its definitely a landmark in D.C.

From beginning to end, the experience was excellent. We had multiple rooms for Thanksgiving and every aspect of the service was on point.
It started when I went to check in early, Dawit was extremely attentive he found me a room was immediately available. Shikeeb, his manager, provided additional support to make sure I was comfortable.

Hashem was very well mannered, and he was very kind. My first time at this hotel and I faced some external troubles, and this young man made them all go away. And left me astonished at the service and the establishment itself....

Hashem, girmani, and Abe, Zenobia all in the Hilton lobby are all wonderful, the are kind and helpful I come here every year and will be back again. Hashem and girmani, and Abe, Zenobia are fabulous....
