I have nothing but great things to say about Yotel. We took a group of 40 students to DC and stayed with Yotel. The hotel was clean, modern, and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. We were just a couple of blocks from the National Mall and 1 block from Union Station. We used the Union Station food court both nights we were there for student dining. Location was GREAT for our needs. Very convenient for parking, dining and touring the area that suited us most. Would stay here again and again....

This hotel does not provide wash rags or hand towels for guests. This was strange. I also had a billing issue that they cant seem to resolve. I was also refused a copy of my bill yet they charged my credit card. This was a complete headache...

Great location. Easy walk from the train station to the hotel and all tourist attractions . The rooms are small but extremely functional. We did need to get help to sort out how the lights worked but the staff were super helpful....

Everything was fine in my room. Nothing particularly nice, and the lights were a pain in my room (one still doesn't work) but it's in a good location and the price is decent. I could even live without an in room coffee pot until this morning when I realized there's NO coffee in the hotel. Don't trust the past comments about hallway coffee stations (which I would have been fine with), because as I went walking around ...
