Dine on Creole cuisine by Grand Baie’s waterfront

If you stay local, you’re unlikely to find many eating options outside the hotel restaurants at Anse La Raie. For nibbles, beach hawkers serve up the likes of just-cracked coconuts and tropical fruit pickles. But for something with a bit more bite, Grand Baie is where it all happens. Within a 10-minute drive, you can be sitting by the bay, and browsing menus that star everything from Creole rougaille, to Chinese chow mein.
