Relax on a quiet stretch of Bel Ombre Beach
Tracing the coastline for almost 6 kilometres, Bel Ombre Beach is up there with the longest sandy runways on the island. Oceanfront hotels have carved two-thirds of it in to private plots, but you can still get your teeth in to big chunks of wide-open sands. Chances are you’ll have them all to yourself during the week when the locals are busy, with the pick of the watersports in the lagoon right in front.
