There are only 5 or 6 tables at what looks like an unassuming beach shack, but don’t let appearances deceive you. Victor’s lobster dish deserves a Michelin star, and the king prawns, reared on his own farm, are enormous. Book a day in advance, when you’ll also be asked to choose your food.
