Watch the Pula Film Festival

Every summer – usually in July or August – Pula dedicates a week to hosting the world’s oldest film festival. Over 70,000 visitors descend on the city for one of the most spectacular open-air festivals in Europe – there’s a huge screen put up in the Roman amphitheatre and you can sit on the stone steps and enjoy the programme of new Croatian and international films.
