Peer up at Logothetis Castle
Sea views are a sure thing from crumbling Logothetis Castle. It was built by 19th-century Greek revolutionaries on top of one of the oldest acropolises on Samos – a clifftop just minutes from Pythagorion harbour. A scattering of even older ruins decorate the castle, including a couple of Roman galleries and ancient churches.
