Hike the Apuan Alps
As with most things in Tuscany, the mountains in the Apuan Alps come with added je ne sais quoi. Like many of the world’s mountains, they have frosted white peaks. But it’s not snow you can see when you look up to the top – their alabaster caps are made from marble. You can explore this mountain range by hiking or horse riding.
