The Grand Plaza mall mixes Spanish brands with Hermès, Mango and Zara – and the air con keeps the retail therapy nice and cool. For al fresco shopping, make your way to the Avenida de la Union Europa where a huge market takes place on the first three Thursdays of the month. There’s not much you can’t buy here, with stalls selling everything from flamenco dresses to motorbikes.
