British Sign Language (BSL) users can contact one of our agents using Convo.

Our team are always here to help you find the right holiday to match your needs and answer any questions, from navigating the airport to booking the right hotel and adding an accessible transfer.

Convo is a free service that will connect you to a qualified online BSL interpreter. That interpreter can then relay the conversation between you and a member of our Contact Centre. You can download the Convo app on your mobile or tablet, or use the service via their website. If it’s your first time using the service, you’ll need to complete a one-time registration. Then, once logged in, you can contact the First Choice team for free through the Community Directory by selecting ‘First Choice’ and then ‘Call.’
